Hi fellow foodies,
After having the same, behind-the-times site for almost 10 years, I'm finally updating it. My wonderful, hard-working web designer is making constant changes from his Costa Rican outpost, so keep checking back for more improvements--especially new recipes and food photos. On the first few pages are shots from dinner two nights ago baby artichokes and red grapefruit slices, and pan-roasted Brussels sprouts with orange-thyme vinaigrette. We made a grapefruit and rosemary glaze for the artichokes and grapefruit slices, then threw them on the grill (after bundling up against temperatures in the teens). It almost felt like spring...

I was at that dinner. The food was absolutely wonderful !!! Lisa did all the cooking. It really was in the teens - it did NOT feel like spring. I can't wait 'til Lisa prepares her next gourmet feast !!!
